SEVA is the art of serving from our hearts. It is when you want to selflessly SERVE with EMPATHY (compassion and understanding), VIRTUE (high moral standards), and AUTHENTICITY. It is when we ask for guidance from within (universal energy source) knowing our divinely given abilities are to be used to serve for the greater good. My core values will always be based around SEVA.
My Vision
Provide a high quality holistic healing occupational therapy practice that sets community standards and exceeds client expectations. I want to serve, empower, and rejuvenate the whole person --mind, body, and atma (spirit) by creating personalized treatment plans to reduce pain, stress, anxiety and depression so that my client's can flourish into their life's purpose fully self-expressed.
-The Method-
We will work together to help train your mind to form healthy routines based on diet and lifestyle. With a calm, healthy mind, anything is possible.
I combine my years as a practicing Mindfulness Guide along with unique training techniques to help you build routines that align with your goals and interests.
My suggestions will be based on ancient Ayurvedic and Yogic knowledge, Reiki Healing and therapeutic modalities.
Sometimes starting is the hardest part, but I am here to guide you on your inner journey and get you to where you want to be. With workshops, one-on-one coaching, and online sessions, I tailor my meditation guidance to suit your needs and lifestyle and help you achieve your personal goals.
