Rejuvenation & Somatic Therapy is the use of therapeutic modalities to help bring consciousness to unconscious patterns so that one can move forward to achieving their desires. These modalities can also serve to alleviate stress, anxiety, pain and depression. It is a process to remove obstacles both internally and externally so self-trust can be established, self-worth can be embodied and relaxation can occur.

Vipassana is a combination of mindfulness meditation, body awareness, mindful yoga and exploration of patterns of behavior, thinking, feeling and action. Vipassana (mindfulness) can be understood as the non-judgemental acceptance and “open-hearted” investigation of present moment experiences. This includes awareness of body sensations, internal mental states, thoughts, emotions, impulses and memories. This reduces stress and anxiety and increases well-being.
Energy Meditation is cosmic energy enters our system through the chakras and supports the individual energy field of the body. During meditation, the mind and body tends to become one. This makes the physical and spiritual self ready to receive cosmic energy and aids in cosmic energy healing. Experts suggest that cosmic energy can also be channelized through meditation. This meditation imparts calmness of mind and develops inner peace.
Chakra Balancing is the process of restoring a harmonious flow of energy across the chakra system. The effect of well-balanced chakras often translates into a feeling of well-being, relaxation, centeredness, increased vitality and embodiment of oneself.
Pranayama is a system of techniques used to harness and manipulate universal energy known as prana. It is an integral aspect of yoga, often incorporated into asana practice or used as a preliminary step for meditation. The term is derived from several Sanskrit roots; prana meaning “vital life force,” yama meaning “control'' and ayama meaning “extension” or “expansion”.

Somatic Approach is a body-centered approach. Rather than focusing only on thoughts or emotions associated with a traumatic event, we invite the awareness of the bodily sensations that seek to repair and release.
Reiki is one of the oldest healing systems in Japan. This ancient method uses energy to balance the body, mind, and spirit. It is subtle energy from a higher dimension than the physical world and not a practitioner's energy. It comes from above, enters at the top of the practitioner’s head, flows through the body, and emerges from the hands. Ultimately, the true source of Reiki energy is infinite, transcendental, and within you. Intuitively, a practitioner will be able to visualize any imbalances in your chakra system that may need attention and help clear, rebalance and provide healing energy to help you where you need most. This can provide healing on an emotional, physical, and spiritual level which ultimately leads to better health and state of well-being.
